Below are the groups currently open. When you register, you can list the name of a specific group or simply select the day, type, or location that works best for you. Please note that group placement is not guaranteed, as some groups may fill quickly. We will contact you before Growing Together begins to let you know which group you are in.

I (Cesia) have attended RHCC for 11 years, drawn by its strong biblical teaching. My walk with Jesus began when I was young, and I’ve continued to grow in faith through the years. I’m excited for this 7-week series to deepen our knowledge and grow together in Christ.

I’ve been at RHCC since 1997, serving in prayer, missions, and men’s ministry. For the past four years, I’ve co-taught the Mighty Men Bible study. I’m excited to use this new material and meet others hungry to grow in Christ.

I’ve attended RHCC for 5 years and have been blessed by the community here. I work nights in the beautiful port of LA and enjoy hosting monthly potlucks and game nights.  I’m most looking forward to building authentic connections through God’s Word in G2G and watching how He works in each of our lives.

Bob is a retired physician assistant; Annie teaches first grade. We’ve attended RHCC for 15 years and serve in children’s ministry and global missions. We’ll host on Tuesday nights at 6:30 in our Torrance home, open to couples and singles of all ages.

We’re grateful for the Spirit’s work in our lives and look forward to fellowship and new friendships. We’ll host the Growing Together series at our home in PV, starting at 3pm.

We’ve both attended RHCC for over 20 years, serving in many different areas. We're looking forward to the Growing Together series as a way to deepen relationships, share God’s Word, and grow as a family of faith.

We’ve been at RHCC for 16 years and have five kids from middle school to post-college. Our group will meet Wednesday nights on campus.

We’ve been at RHCC for about 10 years and both work in counseling and education. Now empty nesters, we have a passion for small groups and home fellowship. We look forward to growing closer to Christ together in this new series. 

Tammy and Alex have been part of RHCC for over 20 years, both on staff and as active congregants. From teaching the youngest in preschool to serving with youth, they are now excited to walk alongside adults as facilitators—continuing to grow together in faith and community.

Mike has attended RHCC since childhood, and we met here in high school. We spent 24 years overseas as RHCC missionaries and have eight children, ages 14-29, plus two sons-in-law. We look forward to building deeper connections and encouraging community within the church.

I’m Don, a retired engineer who leads a discussion-based Bible study for mostly married couples. I came to faith in high school, wrestled with doubts for years, but God brought me back 15 years ago. Praise Him!

We’ll host Thursday night groups, alternating between our homes in San Pedro and Lomita. All four of us have led small groups before, and we’re excited to continue with members from our past care group. Roy & Jonette have attended RHCC since 1980.

My wife, Karen, and I have attended RHCC since 1988. Over the years, I’ve served as an usher, on commissions, and as an elder, while Karen serves with CBS. We’ve been in a Life Group for 30+ years and value the way it has deeply impacted our faith and allowed us to develop extraordinary friendships.

I’ve served in RHCC leadership for 40 years as an elder, vice chairman, and treasurer. A longtime small business owner, I enjoy sports and love seeing people grow in Christ. I'm looking forward to leading a group.
