LIFE GROUPS

What are Life Groups?

We believe that fellowship with others in the church is an integral part of a believer's life. Life Groups are where the church comes together and gathers into small groups to spend time in fellowship and prayer, with the goal of forming and uplifting friendships, deepening one's relationship with God and serving alongside each other.

Life Groups generally follow a study based on the current sermon series and meet for prayer, encouragement, and fellowship, with the goal of forming encouraging and uplifting friendships, deepening one's relationship with God as well as serving alongside each other.

Most Life Groups meet in homes throughout the South Bay. For parents with kiddos 5th grade and under, we have on-campus groups on Wednesday nights that include special programming for your kids.
This fall, we’re inviting everyone at RHCC to go on a 7-week discipleship journey called Growing Together. Written by our pastors, and designed to align with our weekend sermon series, this interactive study is a powerful way to grow deeper in your walk with Christ—personally and in community.

Meet the Pastor

Koby Krikac

Discipleship Pastor

Koby grew up in Westchester, CA, in a Christian home and has three brothers. As a freshman in High School, the Lord brought him to Himself by means of Psalm 90:10 and set him on track toward ministry. He later graduated from Multnomah Bible College (now Multnomah University) in Portland, OR with a BA in Biblical Studies and Theology, New Testament Greek, and a Minor in Biblical Hebrew.

He married his lovely wife and best friend Eden in 2013. After living in Portland and then moving back to the South Bay, they decided to set off to Chicago, IL for Bible college and seminary where his wife graduated from Moody Bible Institute and Koby graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with an M.Div. and an MA in New Testament. Koby and Eden live in San Pedro with their two boys, Haddon and Everest.

They love spending time with family and friends over good coffee, hanging out in Riviera Village, enjoying popcorn and movie nights, ping pong and pickleball, the doctrines of grace, anything related to Charles Spurgeon, classical literature, and all things discipleship.
